Privacy
Who is responsible
Data controller: Aldan Jay. Postal contact details: legal notice. Privacy enquiries and rights requests: jay@bullsai.es. The hosting provider is MochaHost, whose published legal identity is given in the legal notice.
Visiting the site
This static site has no forms or user accounts. It does not load tracking scripts, set cookies or store preferences in your browser. Fonts and visual assets are served from the site itself. Changing language follows a link and stores no preference.
To deliver pages, the hosting provider processes technical connection data, including the IP address and requested resource. It retains access and error logs and uses them to generate statistics on the server with AWStats, which is enabled.
Log archiving is enabled, along with deletion of the previous month’s archived files at the end of each month. This monthly rule does not establish one retention period for all active logs, error logs, derived statistics or backups. MochaHost sets out its general retention criteria in its privacy policy.
If you send an email
An email link opens your email application. Sending a message shares your address, its content and any data you include with the recipient and the email providers involved. These data are used to answer the enquiry and manage the research correspondence you request. Do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for the enquiry.
Mail sent to jay@bullsai.es is forwarded to Gmail (Google). The second public address, aldancomsai@hotmail.com, uses Hotmail (Microsoft).
The lawful basis is the legitimate interest in responding to the person who writes. The retention criterion for correspondence is for the duration of the conversation and for as long as necessary to meet legal obligations. This site does not operate a mailing list.
Providers and international transfers
Hosting and email may involve transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), through MochaHost, Google and Microsoft. Their policies describe the safeguards each provider declares for international transfers: MochaHost, Google and Microsoft.
For information on the data-processing and international-transfer terms applicable to the service, contact the provider through the channels in its privacy policy. The provider’s postal address does not establish the server’s location.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability by writing to the privacy address. Where processing relies on consent, it may be withdrawn. Identification will be requested only as necessary to handle the request. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your competent supervisory authority.
